My Practice  

I focus my practice in business law, contracts, commercial litigation, and real estate, representing small to medium sized businesses in a diverse range of matters. My typical day may involve drafting, analyzing or negotiating contracts for manufacturers, distributors and contractors, litigating a business, contract, or real estate dispute, or advising management on legal issues that arise every day in the business context. I also advise and assist contractors and subcontractors about matters such as state compliance issues, start-up formation options, mechanics liens, and collection of unpaid debts.

In matters requiring court involvement, I typically defend clients but will also file cases when necessary to vindicate my clients’ legal rights. Throughout my thirty-five years in practice, I have worked in the State and Federal courts in a diverse variety of cases, and have participated in a large number of trials with judges, juries and arbitrators, as well as countless mediations before state and federal mediators.
